CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to avoid disrupting the schedule. If you’re running behind, please reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will not be able to book future services.
